Join this one-of-a-kind endurance yoga event! The 8 hours of yoga will be divided into 1-hour segments that will be taught by the skilled staff from our studio sponsors. The style and intensity will vary throughout the day, offering something for all levels of experience. When not on your mat, visit our Wellness Marketplace and sponsored experience areas throughout this serene and private space.
10:30 a.m. - Check-in and mat placement begins
11:30 a.m. - Welcome comments and fundraising awards
12 p.m. - Yoga practice begins
The 8 hours will be divided into one-hour segments that vary in intensity and style and will be led by experienced instructors from our local yoga studio sponsors. We will begin and end with a practice accessible to all levels and vary throughout the day to appeal to the beginner and advanced yogi alike.
8 p.m. - Yoga Practice Ends/Closing celebration
Seattle Center Monorail can whisk you to the Center from downtown in 90 seconds. Fifteen Metro bus routes serve the Center from around the region, and there's also driving access via Interstate 5 and Highway 99.
Once you arrive, you’ll find three convenient parking garages – 1st Ave. N. Garage, Mercer Street Garage, and 5th Ave. N. Garage – and wayfinding signs throughout the grounds to help direct you to the Mural Amphitheatre.
