Beards for Hope was founded by Andy Spence, who lost his mother, Laurie, to lung cancer in 2010. In it's first 4 years, Andy raised $44,000 for lung cancer research. Then, in 2014, Andy joined forces with Free to Breathe, bringing this campaign's grand total to over $100,000. Read Andy's story here.
