Now in its second year, the Free to Breathe Metastasis Research Grant funds projects that focus on preventing or stopping lung cancer metastasis. Our goal is to fund research that will lead to treatments for patients with lung cancer that will ultimately increase survival. Investigators engaged in research of metastases of lung cancer that has potential for clinical applications were encouraged to apply.
In 2016, we funded two grants totalling $600,000. Read about the winners >
